Epicenter - Hospitals generally have the dual task of (1) providing vaccinations and (2) ensuring the safety of their facilities. Utilizing the VAXSYS Enroller to create records of those vaccinated, allows the VAXSYS Screener App to accurately determine the vaccination status of those seeking entry to their premises (ie., patients, staff, contractors, service personnel, vendors and visitors). Hospitals can do both Enrollment and Screening without purchasing new equipment, or encountering up-front or training costs.VAXSYS Universal Enroller - The VAXSYS Universal Enroller App, downloadable to any smartphone, is mobile, fast, contactless and paper-free. At the time and place of vaccination, the Enroller reads the person’s ID (e.g. driver’s license) and vaccine data to create, encrypt and store the individual's record it in a secure database. As an option, that record will be encoded into a smartcard which is then handed to the vaccinated party.Secure Database - VAXSYS Technologies provides a secure database where vaccination records can be securely stored. If required by the hospital or State Medical Departments, another specified database can be used, or both databases can be employed.Vaccination Reporting - The VAXSYS System provides all of the necessary CDC and other agency reporting.VAXSYS Universal Screener - The VAXSYS Universal Screener App, downloadable onto any smartphone will read either ID, VAXSYS Card, or ID plus VAXSYS Card (determined by the level of security required) and immediately and contact-free determine vaccination status. This screening is immediate and anonymous, as no personal data is provided to the screener, or retained in the smartphone.
