VAXSYS Universal Enrollment
Introducing the VAXSYS Universal Enroller App (a Smartphone/Tablet App utilized by COVID-19 Vaccination Professionals to create, encrypt, and store a record of each vaccination). As an option, participants may be offered an RFID VAXSYS CARD at vaccination – a VAXSYS Access Card to be later used at points-of-entry to verify vaccination status.
VAXSYS UNIVERSAL ENROLLER
At the time and place of vaccination, the VAXSYS Universal Enroller will read vaccine information, biographic information (to the extent required by the CDC), and create an individual record including date and time. The enroller will then encrypt this record and store it in a designated secure database.
VAXSYS UNIVERSAL SCREENER
Downloaded onto any smartphone, the VAXSYS Universal Screener App reads an individual's ID to anonymously determine COVID-19 vaccination status (indicated immediately on the smartphone screen). Optionally, a VAXSYS Card can be used in lieu of the person's regular identification card.
