At VAXSYS our goal is to accelerate this reintegration of societies and communities, by offering a simple and secure way to show you are vaccinated and ready for your seat at the table. Whether you have a corner store, or you own a major sports franchise, knowing who is vaccinated is key to reopening your business.
VAXSYS provides an end-to-end system for both the private and public sectors to securely determine if individuals have been vaccinated against COVID-19, using contact-free Smart RFID technologies at points of vaccination and public entry. For additional security when required, optional contact-free biometric authentication is provided.
1. Universal Enrollment
VAXSYS Universal Enrollment enables secure COVID-19 vaccine Screening for Retail sites, Restaurants, Public Spaces, Sporting Events, Transportation, Hospitality, private events and offices.
VAXSYS provides both a VAXSYS Enroller and a mobile phone Screener App, employing the NFC function on the Smartphone to read the VAXSYS Card, contact-free. An immediate green light shows the presented card is valid, and that the person may enter an establishment safely.
At the time and place of vaccination, COVID-19 vaccine recipients have their ID and vaccination dose information scanned using the VAXSYS Universal Enroller. Recipients receive a secure RFID VAXSYS Card, containing their up-to-date vaccination information for future use.
VAXSYS Card information is sent to a secure database, enabling quick and easy replacement of lost or stolen cards.
The VAXSYS Universal Screener App reads the VAXSYS Card to determine vaccination status using any NFC enabled Smartphone and provides peace of mind that cardholders are fully vaccinated prior to gaining entry to any public space.

2. Biometric Enrollment
VAXSYS Biometric Enrollment, utilizing a biometrically secure proof of COVID-19 vaccination, is ideal for environments requiring increased levels of security, including the Armed Services, government organizations, hospitals and healthcare centers.
Both VAXSYS Biometric and VAXSYS Biometric Mobile services provides fully functional systems to validate COVID-19 vaccinations, either using a secure RFID VAXSYS Card, or by iris scan (screening hardware can be deployed as a stationary or a mobile depending upon the vaccination site.
At the time and place of vaccination, recipients have their vaccination dose information scanned, along with an optional anonymous scan of their iris, using the VAXSYS Biometric Enroller.
Recipients receive a secure RFID VAXSYS Card, containing their vaccination and iris scan history information for future use.
VAXSYS Card information is sent to a secure database, enabling quick and easy replacement of lost or stolen cards.
The VAXSYS Biometric Screener App reads and authenticates the VAXSYS Card with our stationary or mobile iris scanner and card reader, providing assurance that the card holder is the person who was vaccinated prior to their gaining entry to any secure public space.
